B. Erdene and Ch. Dulmaa, members of the board of MECC, met with A. Nyamdorj, director of the Capital Institute of Health and Social Policy, to exchange information on the issue of hazardous waste.
JICA, a Japanese international cooperation organization, has been providing real support and assistance to Ulaanbaatar city, focusing on solid waste management and capacity improvement. This time, they are conducting basic research work on hazardous waste management, legal system, private sector participation, identification of the problems, and further on determining the direction of hazardous waste management in the future.
In this context, according to the request to exchange information with the representatives of MECC , we have met to exchange information and define the directions of cooperation.
